Sunday Supper Club 6-8:30pm

Join us September 24th for our first ever Sunday Supper Club series dinners! We will be hosting four of Michigan’s top wine professionals from all over the state as they share their love of wine and food in this exclusive dinner event.
To start the evening we will enjoy a sparkling wine and strolling amuse bouche to get settled in. Next, each Sommelier will be picking one of Chef Dan’s expertly composed plates and choosing the wine they think fits best. All four Sommeliers will be in attendance and be working the floor to serve you and your guests, as well as answer any questions.

The Sommeliers joining us this evening are:

Michael (Mick) Descamps- Advanced Level Sommelier and Buyer for Red Wagon Wine Shops
Gerry Baker- Certified Sommelier and Wine Director for Wolfgang Puck at MGM Grand
Justin King- Certified Sommelier and Owner, Bridge Street Social, Dewitt (Lansing), MI
Kathleen Hawkins- Certified Sommelier and General Manager, Wright and Company

1st Course:
Roasted Vegetable Salad
Brussels sprouts, squash, apple vinaigrette, shaved Grana Padano.

2nd Course:
Shaved Porchetta
Stone fruit mostarda, frisee and micro greens, chive oil.

3rd Course:
Squid Ink Risotto
Poached baby squid salad, lemon, chile, olive oil.

4th Course:
Confit Duck Leg
Fall vegetable sugo, duck jus.

Cheese Course:
Three cheeses and seasonal accouterments.
